About us
The idea of WE HOOP
We are Ka Whoops and Hila Hoop, we met in primary school, then we both moved abroad and reconnected after more than 15 years thanks to our beloved plastic circles.
The idea of organising a Hula Hoop event in our motherland came up quite naturally; we wanted to bring this magic dance to Sardinia and get the hooping community to know our beautiful island and live this experience as a local.
So we jumped in this adventure with our hearts full of love and enthusiasm, visioning how this event would look like, building day by day our little dream and guess what? We made it!

We definitely put lots of effort in the organisation, but without the support of all the teachers, our sponsors Hoopologie and Hooplovers.tv and all the hoopers that believed in our project since the very beginning this would have never happened and surely it would have never been so beautiful. We thank you for that!
Our Values
Equality
We strongly encourage not to compare ourselves with other hoopers, we are all capable, there are only people who practice more and are more dedicated. It all depends on you, on what you want & what you like, it depends on what your priorities are. So either you like a slow flow, a fast one, a small and light hoop or a very big one, your flow will always be unique and beautiful.
Self esteem
Everything is possible if you want to. Just have to believe it. Believe in magic, believe in yourself.
Respect
Respect yourself, your body, be aware of your limits that will be extended through practice, take your time if you need to. Respect your hoop mates and the environment.
Acceptance
Be happy with who you are, accept your body, be who you want to be, smile and the world will smile at you!
